great job on the tnl edition, both KI and KI2 run smooth. Any chance we'll see an Xbox port of this, or post the source maybe?

don't have the roms here right now. Will test it this weekend.
Is there a change to start the games via a commandline option? I'd like to integrate the emu into myHTPC so it would be great if i could start KI1 or KI2 without having it to choose from th gui. Is there a way to do that?
Would be great.
Regards.

Great work, i've just tried it with both Ki1 and Ki2 and runs great. I also didn't manage to crash it yet, something that happened in attract mode with the original emu on both Ki1 and Ki2. I have some small requests that would make this emu even greater.. If you feel like adding them, that would be great - 321x240 resolution If you add 321x240 fullscreen resolution, people can use your emulator in a real arcade cabinet, as a drop in replacement for the slow 'real' emulation that mame is doing. The 'arcadevga' video card supports this resolution. resultion in an arcade-perfect emulation of both KI and KI2 - Commandline game select This would allow for a front-end to automatically start KI or KI2 when the emulator is run. I tried importing the source into msvc a few times but couldn't get it to compile, otherwise i'd have added 321x240 a long time ago.. i really love KI but mame is just too slow.. - Alex

Good Job Sage_inferno any development is welcome here.
I don't think neogeo or capcom support would do a whole lot for this emulator other than complicate things and possibly overshadow the projects key goal which is to emulate Killer Instinct games.
I guess the most logical thing to do would be to push this thing up to DX9 or enable some form of video/audio plugin support so third party developers can get more involved on this even if not directly.
Netplay would be nice with Kaillera support but i guess its not essential atm. Rather than ask for the source code perhaps it would be nice if ppl worked together here rather than have some yell at the developer. A Dev team would be the best chance this emu has got with our guru RCP occasionally checking over the development.
Once again thanks for the wok on the emulator i look forward to the next release.

Just tested the cracking sound thing, it comes when you turn up the sound using the + and - keys. If you turn it up all the way, the hit sounds crack, like speaker overload.. music is ok though.

Hi!... Once again comes this great emulator that kicks the F@king @ss to mame in speed... But, as a great emulator, has still some great bugs...the fatalities still have some problems...like orchid's ones...in KI1. When you make the fatality where show her stuff, the enemy keeps stand. Still i don't try with the other ones. But the attract mode is a great job. like you say..." doesnt crash frequently"... The sound interface...nothing to say...very cool!. Ki2 i stilll don't try it... sageinferno...keep the good work!!!!...U64 rOx! PS= i have a medium-slow pc...intel P4 1500...128 ram...sharing 16M with video... ...it's BullS#it...but's working good...with "Wintendo" 98... ;D
